We are pleased to invite you to attend the Annual General Meeting 2025 (AGM) of the Spanish-Singaporean Chamber of Commerceโan important part of the chamber's governance, providing an opportunity for shareholders to interact with management and have a say in the decision-making process. Shareholders also vote on important matters such as the election of directors, approval of the Minutes of the last AGM, approval of the Financial Report and Accounts of the Chamber for the previous year, and any other significant proposals that require shareholder approval.

According to the Chamber's By-Laws, 25% of voting members (Ordinary Corporate and Ordinary Individual Members) are required to form a valid quorum. If you are unable to attend, you may submit a proxy form, available in the attached documents.
๐ This year's AGM will also include the official elections for the new Board of Directors.
All members are encouraged to exercise their right to submit their candidacy to join the Chamber's Board and to vote, playing an active role in shaping the leadership and strategic direction of the Chamber for the upcoming term.
